Hankley Common 15th May 2019
Well, what a fabulous day we had at Hankley Common. It was a beautiful day and the course was in an immaculate condition. Still a very tricky course to score well on!
There was a “Nearest The Pin” on the 2nd hole and this was won by Chris Buckley. The prize was a very “special” bottle of Gin, kindly donated by our Vice-Captain Gary Sewell. Thank you Gary.
The day was very generously sponsored by Qualitair and I think everyone agreed the prizes were excellent and well received. Our huge thanks go to Paul Conway and Ian Richens for providing such fabulous prizes.
Gary Sewell very kindly stood in for the Captain, who was unable to attend the day. Good practice for next year and well done! Tony was back in the “driving seat” for running the prize-giving assisted by Paul Conway.
Thank you Mark Shanley for being the photographer on the day!
